1. Service Agreement
By subscribing to any Sunlit Network internet or business service, you agree to these terms and the specific package details confirmed at the time of installation, including speed, monthly price and billing cycle.
2. Fair Use
Residential plans are provided with unlimited data under a fair use policy. Sunlit Network reserves the right to manage network traffic during periods of congestion to maintain service quality for all customers.
3. Billing & Payment
Invoices are issued monthly and are due by the date shown on the bill. Continued non-payment may result in temporary suspension of service until the outstanding balance is cleared.
4. Installation & Equipment
Standard installation is provided free of charge for eligible locations within our coverage area. Equipment provided by Sunlit Network remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Service Availability
While we design our network for high availability, occasional maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance in advance.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as specified in your subscription plan. Equipment must be returned in good condition upon termination where applicable.
7. Changes to These Terms
Sunlit Network may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
